May I leave gratuity/tip on a credit card?
You may leave a tip with any form of accepted payment – either with your major credit card or cash.
Do you take walk-in’s?
Yes, on a limited availability basis. Thus, we highly recommend that you make an appointment since we are often fully booked.
Is there parking at/or near your salon?
How do you sterilize your tools?
We use a dry heat autoclave oven to sanitize and sterilize all of our implements such as nail clippers, cuticle cutters, cuticle pushers, and massage stones. Any equipment that cannot be used in the autoclave oven will be discarded after each use. We package our equipment in individual sterilization pouches.
Do you have a late, cancellation, or no-show policy?
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least two (2) hours prior to your appointment. If not, a cancellation fee will apply. Please see below for more details.
- If you cancel two (2) hours within your appointment, the cancellation fee will be 50% of your scheduled service(s).
- If you do not cancel and/OR is a no-show* to your appointment, the cancellation fee will be 100% of your scheduled service(s).
*we will consider your appointment as a no-show at 15 minutes or later from your original scheduled appointment.
Do you offer acrylic nail extension?
No. We don’t offer acrylic nail extension. However, we do offer a dipping powder nail extension. It is similar to acrylic nail extension and the color/shade come from the dipping powder.
Do you offer nail art?
We have specialists within our team who can offer a range of designs to your preference. Our price range will depend on the specific design and complexity. Generally speaking, it starts at $7 per nail and up. If you are interested in nail art, please call us directly to make an appointment. We do not accept nail art appointments online.
